Karen Challen
Practice Manager
Karen has over 40 years’ experience in the health industry. With her vast experience in the health industry, Surgical Practices, in particular, she is committed to delivering quality service.
She manages the patient admin and hospital co-ordinations.
Karen lives locally with her lovely family, along with her two dogs. She enjoys spending time with her family and loves gardening.
Sue Harvey
Medical Secretary
Sue has over 20 years’ experience in the health industry. She attends reception, invoicing and is available to answer all enquiries concerning patient appointments and billing.
Attention to detail, Sue ensures each patient record remain up to date.
Sue lives locally and enjoys as much time as possible with her family and travelling.
Deepika Prasad
Trainee Secretary
Deepika works as a part-time Trainee Secretary. She helps to update patient records and medical transcriptions.
Deepika is doing her Medical Science Bachelors degree at the University of Western Australia.
Deepika is an active member of the Teach Learn Grow organisation which concerns the education gap between rural and metropolitan schools.
